Aims and Purpose
The owners of dwelling units in
condominium and co-operative apartment buildings located within the
corporate limits of the Town of Palm Beach, Florida in order to
ensure the enjoyment of their respective properties and the
surrounding civic and physical environment, have organized the
Citizens' Association of Palm Beach for the purpose of insuring,
protecting, preserving and improving such environment, and of
assisting its members in carrying out measures for the betterment of
the character of the Town and of protecting the Town against those
who would destroy its unique character and beauty.
The objectives of the Association shall be to
protect the best interests of Unit Owners living in the Multiple
Unit Groups as follows: restore the Town's beaches and prevent
further erosion; strive to preserve sensible zoning; prevent air and
water pollution; improve traffic conditions; promote and encourage a
better community and civic spirit; foster goodwill friendship
between and among all the residents of the Town; cooperate with
federal, state, county, other governmental and quasi-governmental
officials, civic and public organizations for the general welfare of
the entire community.
